These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the Player" or "you") and f1111 (hereinafter "f1111", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), accessible at f1111.club. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the f1111 platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

All services are provided in English and all financial transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified. 1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written and published exclusively in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the definitive and controlling version. No translation of these Terms into any other language shall carry binding legal weight.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the f1111 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms and Conditions (as published on each individual promotion page), and Game-Specific Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and f1111. They supersede all prior representations, discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

1.4 Waiver

f1111's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

To access the full range of f1111 services, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current, and you agree to maintain and promptly update this information as necessary.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account at f1111. The one-account policy applies per person, per household, per IP address, per device, and per shared payment method. If f1111 identifies duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all secondary accounts immediately, void any associated bonuses, and in cases of deliberate multi-accounting, close the primary account as well.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must register using your real full name, a valid email address, and accurate contact details. The name on your f1111 account must match the name on the identity document you submit for KYC purposes. Registration under a false identity, alias, or using another person's details is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor SMS authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify f1111 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

f1111 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

3.4 Account Currency

All f1111 player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol: ৳). Account balances, wager amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal amounts are all displayed and processed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

f1111 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on each individual offer page as well as the general bonus provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general provisions, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, the wagering requirement must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on the f1111 platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are as follows unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• Slots (excluding certain jackpot titles): 100% contribution
• Live Casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette): 10% contribution
• Sports Betting (Cricket, Football, Kabaddi): 100% contribution (single bets at minimum odds of 1.50)

• Fishing Games (All-Star Fishing): 50% contribution

5.3 Bonus Abuse

f1111 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk or hedging betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, systematically exploiting promotional structures, and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

f1111 runs special promotions tied to significant events in the Bangladeshi calendar, including Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All seasonal promotions are time-limited, published in English, and subject to individual offer terms. Past promotions do not guarantee future offers of the same type or value.

All content on the f1111 platform — including but not limited to the f1111 name, logo, website design, graphic elements, software, game content, data compilations, text, and audio-visual materials — is the property of f1111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the f1111 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the f1111 platform without prior written consent.
• Use f1111's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by f1111.
• Frame or mirror any part of the f1111 platform on another website or platform.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the f1111 platform through automated means.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. All rights are reserved.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f1111 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the f1111 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical faults, platform downtime, or network interruptions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where f1111 was not negligent.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Interruptions to live casino or sports betting services caused by provider-side technical issues.

9.1 Platform Availability

f1111 endeavours to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occasionally result in temporary platform downtime. f1111 will endeavour to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance via platform notifications. No compensation will be provided for losses incurred as a result of scheduled maintenance downtime.

9.2 Game Malfunction

In the event of a manifest error, technical malfunction, or communication failure that affects the outcome of any game or wager, f1111 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and refund the wagered amount to the player's account balance. f1111's decision in respect of game malfunctions is final and binding. Winnings generated as a result of a manifest error or technical fault are not valid and will not be paid out.
